Finding the house: |

| MHQ has three separate systems to help you find a house: by the type home you want, by the specific manufacturer you are interested in and through the selection of only those homes with photographs. | ||||||||||
| The Smart Home Finder provides a list homes that meet the criteria you specifiy. Interested in only single wide, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom homes? Use the Smart Home Finder to select only those homes from our database that meet those criteria. This choice of viewing the house floor plans should be used if you know the what size home you want and its general characteristics but aren't sure yet which manufacturer you plan to purchase a home from. | ||||||||||
| By Manufacturer. Select floor plans only from the specific manufacturer your are interested in. A list of only those floor plans manufactured by the builder you selected and in our database will be displayed. | ||||||||||
| Floor plans with Photographs of the home only. We have a number of floor plans displayed on this web site with photographs of the house (and are working all the time to increase this number). If you are interested in looking at those floor plans that have supporting photographs as well, select this option. | ||||||||||

| Once you have selected a house to explore, note the following features: | ||||||||||
The scale bar Each house is as precisely scaled as we can possibly make it. while we are not perfect, the size the house appears on you screen is proportional to the actual size of the house. |

The Object Key We use a consistent code of color and objects on all of our floor plans. Once you recognize the color of - for example closet space - you can quickly compare the amount of closet space in a collection of homes. |
