The time it takes to get a
response varies greatly based on the information submitted.
We do not have time to
answer all the emails and forms sent to us: hundreds of emails and forms are generated
every day. Here are a few guidelines.
We try to answer all requests about our services within a day.
We do not answer questions about specific homes or pricing. Those requests should be
directed to the dealerships that carry the product of interest. Every floor plan posted on
our site has an "availability" button next to it. Click that button, and submit
the request directly to the dealership.
All information submitted to dealerships belongs to the dealership in question -- it is
their opportunity to answer your request. Most of our affiliated sites are very good about
answering requests, but again, sometimes you will not receive a response. In particular,
if you give incomplete information, deliberately trick the error correcting routines, or
are requesting home placement far outside the operating range of the dealership, you may
not be contacted.
We read all comments about our web site, but simply can not reply to all of them.
